Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, asking about a workshop, joining a group session, or referring someone you support, this is a gentle place to begin.

Zala Wellbeing CIC is a preventative wellbeing service. We offer education, community connection, emotional wellbeing tools, and supportive spaces to help people care for their mental health before things reach crisis point.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. Share what feels relevant, and we’ll help guide you towards the most suitable Zala offering where we can.

Please note: Zala Wellbeing CIC is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999. For urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111, your GP, or your local crisis team.

Once we receive your referral, we’ll read through the information, check which support may be suitable, and contact you or the person being referred. If Zala isn’t the right fit, we’ll do our best to suggest another direction
