What is wellness Coaching?
Are you ready to leave the past where it belongs and build yourself the life you deserve?
Do you feel stuck? Unsure of how to move forward?
Do you often feel overwhelmed in several areas of your life and have no idea of how to get in the flow and live with more happiness?
Wellness coaching is a personalised 1-1 service that will look at all areas of your life and support you to identify changes that you could make to live a fuller, happier life. The approach will be graded to work at your pace; you are in control of your own healing. The approach itself will be broken down into manageable sections - working through what is most important to you. We will be here as a guide for this process and with our support and encouragement, we will empower you to make the change. Change is hard when we try to do it alone, we are here to make sure you don’t have to.

How do we do this?
You have the power to heal yourself.
Ultimately it will be the effort you put in that is going to show you the results. As with any type of therapy, the healing comes from you but obviously with complete support from us. You will have homework to complete after each session that will be specially tailored for you. In our first full session, we will look holistically at your whole life and identify the goals that matter most to you. Then, in each session, we will set you tasks that will help you move through your goals at your own pace.
