women’s Sharing circles
Women’s circles give you a much-needed place you can share your stories and connect with others. They give us a chance to empower, uplift and help one another grow. Here is a chance for us to form meaningful healthy relationships which just make life that little bit easier. Together we are strong. These are both online and face-to-face around the South Wales Valleys.

7-Session programme
Using the experience we have gained running Women’s Circles we have created a 6-session programme designed to give you a wealth of tools to keep yourselves mentally well. Each psychoeducational session will have a different focus and will build on the previous session to equip you with robust well-being practices that you can use every day.

Moon circles
Our Moon Circles offer a sacred space to reflect, release, and reconnect. Gathering in a circle, we share stories, set intentions, and gently let go of what no longer serves us — creating space for new growth and transformation.
Each circle is guided by the energy of the full moon or the new moon, a powerful time for reflection, empowerment, and renewal.
Our sessions take place in a variety of beautiful locations, allowing us to connect with the land as well as the lunar cycle.

Mindfulness to manage worry
We all experience worry to some extent. Whether you're a constant overthinker or someone who struggles with stressful events as they arise, learning to manage worry is key to finding more peace in your day-to-day life.
In this psychoeducational workshop, you'll explore practical techniques to:

Emotional regulation Workshop
Emotions are a normal part of our everyday lives. Ignoring them or bottling them up can lead to burnout and more explosive reactions when we least want them. We also may have learned ways in the past to help us regulate emotions that could be harmful to the way we live now.
This psychoeducational workshop will teach you to identify what you are feeling and how to process and respond to an emotional experience. Developing healthy sustainable coping strategies can diffuse strong emotions and allow you to better deal with stressful situations.
