women’s Sharing circles
Women’s circles give you a much-needed place you can share your stories and connect with others. They give us a chance to empower, uplift and help one another grow. Here is a chance for us to form meaningful healthy relationships which just make life that little bit easier. Together we are strong. These are both online and face-to-face around the South Wales Valleys.

Living Well circles - Open to all Genders
7-Session programme
Using the experience we have gained running Women’s Circles we have created a 6-session programme designed to give you a wealth of tools to keep yourselves mentally well. Each psychoeducational session will have a different focus and will build on the previous session to equip you with robust well-being practices that you can use every day.

Full Moon circles
These events is all about connecting with nature, ourselves, and each other. We'll gather in a circle, share stories, and shed what no longer serves us making way for new growth.

Emotional regulation Workshop
Emotions are a normal part of our everyday lives. Ignoring them or bottling them up can lead to burnout and more explosive reactions when we least want them. We also may have learned ways in the past to help us regulate emotions that could be harmful to the way we live now.
This psychoeducational workshop will teach you to identify what you are feeling and how to process and respond to an emotional experience. Developing healthy sustainable coping strategies can diffuse strong emotions and allow you to better deal with stressful situations.

managing worry
We all experience worry to some extent. Whether you are a constant overthinker or just someone who finds it difficult to deal with stressful events as they arise, learning to manage worry is key to living in a little more peace every day.
This psychoeducational workshop will teach you how to exchange worrying for a more effective way of thinking and give your mind some space from everyday stress.

Meditation & relaxation
Take an hour out for yourself to release your stress.
Personalised relaxation session with a meditation tailored to you.
Learn relaxation techniques that you can use during and outside the session.

how to keep yourself mentally well
Let’s face it, this is something we should have been taught in school. Throughout our lifetimes we have been fed buckets of information on how to keep ourselves physically well and how to earn money but nothing on how to maintain mental wellness or how to be happy. This psychoeducational session will teach you how to maintain mental wellness, how to cope with life stress and how we can welcome in more joy. Everyone deserves to be happy.

nourishing our inner child
As we grow into adults we get bogged down by responsibility and forget how to play, have fun and be silly with one another. Maintaining these skills has countless benefits for our mental well-being and of course are a huge source of joy. Being childish is not a ‘thing’ for us. We believe everyone deserves to have fun and be silly, no matter what the age. Warning: sessions may invoke intense joy and laughter.
