At Zala Wellbeing, we believe that caring for your mental and emotional health is more important than ever. As a society, we've spent too long neglecting our well-being — and now, with rising energy costs, increased food prices, and wages struggling to keep pace, we know that many people are feeling the strain.

We didn’t start Zala to make money. Our focus has always been on creating a space where people can feel supported, connected, and empowered. While we charge for our sessions to cover costs, materials, and future projects, we’re deeply aware of the financial pressures many are facing.

To ensure that as many people as possible can access our services during this challenging time, we’ve reduced our fees to the absolute minimum.
