    Wellness coaching is a personalised 1-1 service. We look at all areas of your life and support you to identify changes that you could make to live a fuller, happier life.

    Explore wellness principles through workbooks, journals and diaries or treat yourself to craft sets, home decor or pampering products.

We started Zala Wellbeing because we can see that for too long as a society we have neglected our well-being and have now reached a mental health crisis. The changes in energy costs and increases in food along with almost zero change in wages are going to hit some people’s mental health hard.

We didn’t start this journey to make money and we only charge for our meetings and services to cover our costs, and materials, and fund future projects.
With this being said we are acutely aware that we are all going to be affected over the next few months so we have decided to drop our fees right down to the wire to make sure that as many people as possible can access our services.

We provide engaging practical workshops to groups to aid in the understanding of our needs and how we can go about nurturing ourselves and others.

Our workbooks are intended to help you understand yourself more and offer an opportunity for you to try some of our techniques. Each workbook has a different aim and focus, such as improving overall mental wellness, coping with anxiety and dealing with life changes.
